Complaints
1. Our commitment
If something has gone wrong with your experience at Tigers One Exchange, we want to hear about it. We treat every complaint as an opportunity to put things right and to improve. Complaints are handled discreetly, fairly, and promptly.
2. How to raise a complaint
You may raise a complaint through any of the following channels:

- In person: at any of our three offices in Bangkok, Phuket, or Pattaya
3. What to include
To help us resolve your complaint quickly, please include:
- Your name and preferred contact method
- The date and reference (if any) of the transaction concerned
- A clear description of what happened
- What outcome you are seeking
4. Our process
We acknowledge every complaint within one business day. A senior member of our team will investigate, gather any relevant records, and contact you for further information if needed. We aim to provide a substantive response within seven business days. For complex cases, we will keep you informed of progress.
5. Outcomes
Where a complaint is upheld, we will explain what went wrong, take steps to put it right (including reimbursement where appropriate), and put procedures in place to prevent recurrence. Where we do not uphold a complaint, we will explain our reasoning clearly.
6. Escalation
If you are not satisfied with our final response, you may escalate the matter to the relevant Thai financial-services regulator. We will provide the appropriate contact details on request.
7. Confidentiality
All complaints are handled in strict confidence. Information shared during the process is used only to investigate and respond, and is not disclosed to third parties except as legally required.
8. Continuous improvement
We review complaints quarterly at the senior level to identify patterns and improve our service. Every complaint, regardless of outcome, contributes to making Tigers One Exchange a better, more discreet, and more trustworthy service.
