We do not require account registration to use most of our services. Information is collected at the point of transaction, only as needed.

We process personal information to execute exchanges and settlements, comply with anti-money-laundering (AML) and counter-terrorist-financing (CTF) obligations, prevent fraud, respond to your enquiries, and improve our service. We never use your information for advertising or share it with third parties for marketing purposes.

We share information only when legally required (with regulators, law enforcement under valid order, or our auditors), with banking partners necessary to settle a transaction, or with vetted service providers bound by confidentiality. Your information never leaves our jurisdictional framework without lawful basis.

We retain transaction records for the period required by Thai law (currently a minimum of 10 years for AML compliance). Other personal data is retained only as long as necessary for the purpose collected and is securely deleted thereafter.

We use encrypted communications, access controls, ISO-aligned data-handling practices, and physical security at all office locations. No system is perfectly secure, but we treat your information with the discretion expected of a private-client service.
