1. Acceptance of terms

By engaging with Tigers One Exchange — through our website, offices, Telegram, WhatsApp, or any other channel — you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. Service description

Tigers One Exchange provides licensed currency and digital-asset exchange services in the Kingdom of Thailand. Our services include fiat-to-fiat exchange, fiat-to-crypto and crypto-to-fiat exchange, and settlement by office collection, secure courier, or bank wire.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 20 years of age (the age of full legal capacity in Thailand) and able to enter into binding contracts. Transactions above regulatory thresholds require identity verification.

4. Rates and commission

All exchange rates displayed on our site are indicative. The final rate for any transaction is confirmed by your specialist before execution. Our commission is transparent and disclosed in the converter before you commit. No additional fees are added after confirmation.

5. Transaction process

Once a rate is confirmed and you commit to a transaction, the rate is held for the agreed window. Settlement is completed via the method you select. We reserve the right to decline any transaction at our sole discretion, including for AML, sanctions, or operational reasons.

6. Cancellations

Confirmed transactions are generally final. Cancellation requests must be made before execution and may be subject to market-movement costs. Refunds, where applicable, are issued in the original currency and method of receipt.

7. Compliance obligations

We operate under Thai AML and CTF regulations. We may request additional information, decline transactions, or report activity as legally required. You agree not to use our services for any unlawful purpose.

8. Limitation of liability

We are not liable for losses arising from market movements, third-party banking delays, errors in information you provide, or events beyond our reasonable control. Our liability for any confirmed transaction is limited to the transaction amount.

9. Intellectual property

All content on our website — text, design, logos, code — is the property of Tigers One Exchange. You may not copy, reproduce, or use it without written permission.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Thai courts.
